Across Roads: Reservation Policy

Our policy is to do everything we can to make sure you have a wonderful experience!
We also have a few rules that keep everything clear and safe.

Due to limited availability reservations are recommended.

All prepaid reservations are fully refundable and subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Each Customer is responsibile for his/her own saftey while operatng any vehicle. SmartAlecs are only guides that give suggested directions to routes and share entertaining content. They are not live and do not have the ability to determine driving skills or potential danger within the area.

SmartAlecs devices and all components associated with each rental are only to be returned to the authorized pick-up/drop-off locations shown on the pamphlet.

If SmarAlecs are returned with unreasonable damage, customer agrees to repair or replace the device at their own expense. Customer forfeits $500 damage deposit.

SmartAlecs are not to be tampered with. If signs of tampering or damage have occured the customer will be responsible to repair or replace the device at their own expense. Customer forfeits $500 damage deposit.
