Rental Overview
|
| Renting a SmartAlec is very easy. Here are the basic steps. |
- Reservation are recommended 24 hours in advance. Walk-ups are subject to availabilty due to limited available units.
- Call 888-304-8997 or locally in Rapid City, SD 348-4456, to book your reservation or click on our Reservations Page to reserve online.
- We accept most forms of payment. Advance reservations are guarenteed by credit card or check mailed in advance.
- Once you arrive to pick-up your SmartAlec you will need to sign a waiver that states Across Roads is not responsible for your driving safety. Also we will need to have a valid credit card number that insures you will return your SmartAlec in good condition. If not returned, the credit card on file will be charged $500.00.
- Take your SmartAlec and install it into your vehicle. Its very easy and comes with all the necessary SmartAlec holders and chargers.
- Turn on your SmartAlec and wait for the Welcome to begin, and then you're on your way to an adventure in South Dakota.
- When you are finished with your SmartAlec you can drop it off at any of our authorized pick-up/drop-off locations.
