Rent a SmartAlec Tour guide for your own vehicle and travel on the Tour of Lights route at your own pace without worrying about the challenges of traveling with a busload of folks you don't know. Your own private tour! Stop at places your family likes to visit for snacks or add Storybook Island to the trip!

Leave the driving to us! Sit back and enjoy our guided tour on our heated Tour of Lights coach. Share in joy of the holidays with your friends and neighbors. There's something special about seeing the city lights in a bus, especially Skyline Drive! It's our own traveling Christmas Float from the parade!

Why is this tour and contest so special?

* SmartAlec knows the way! They follow our special Tour of Lights contest route using GPS (global positioning satellite) signals to always know where the vehicle is on the road. Drivers hear driving directions so they don't search aimlessly for lights throughout neighborhoods.

* SmartAlec plays music, stories and more related to a specific location as cars travel. Contestants can even record a personal message heard by the riders as they drive by your display.

* Cast a Vote! Everyone that rents a SmartAlec will get a voting card to rate your display while they enjoy a guided tour along the route.

* Fundraisers! Hot cocoa, coffee & treats are sold during the tour as fundraisers for non-profit community groups.
